BIO

I am Shipanga Aina Dhiginina, a dedicated public health professional with a strong academic foundation and practical experience in advancing health outcomes across diverse settings. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from the University of Namibia and a Master of Public Health from the University of Ghana, with focused interests in HIV research, neglected tropical diseases, implementation research, and health systems strengthening.

My professional experience spans data management, monitoring and evaluation, occupational health and safety, disease surveillance, and healthcare quality improvement. I bring a methodical and evidence-driven approach to my work, strengthened by hands-on field experience, including participation in SMART surveys and implementation-focused public health projects. My research interests also extend to behavioural and social sciences, where I explore determinants of health behaviour and the effectiveness of interventions designed to improve community health.
