Kokouda Sakpatenou shortly called Serge is a Medical Doctor (MD) with 7 years of professional experience in combined clinical care and public health practice. He has worked with Ministry of Health of Togo, for many years offering health care to rural populations in three health districts in Maritime Region. His passion for t Public health brought him participate in international Programs such as ''Young Professional Internship Program at the West African Health Organization'' and The ''Mandela Washington Fellowship for young African Leaders''. Doctor kokouda Had acquired practical skills in eye health program management from Operation Eyesight Universal, an international NGO in Ghana working for blindness prevention. Serge has also experience in research development and implementation, data collection and analysis, health project planning and analysis.He has interest in the infectious diseases of poverty, HIV/AIDS, malaria, maternal and child health.
