BIO
Robert has a background in Public Health (Disease Control) and is currently an Epidemiologist and Biostatistician in training at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. His research interests are geared towards generating strong scientific evidence to adequately address the rising double/triple disease burden. He has gained rich experience in scientific research conduct while working as research assistant on a number of funded research projects. He aspires to rise through the ranks to become an internationally renowned researcher. Robert was adjudged overall winner of the 2021 WHO TDR Research Mentorship Contest (Africa Zone) following the selection of his "G-Mentor" idea; a software application intended to enhance effective research mentorship in low- and middle-income countries.
