BIO
I am a physician by training. I have completed MBBS from Dhaka Medical College under the University of Dhaka on 2014. Then I completed one year rotatory internship programme from Dhaka Medical College and Hospital on May 2015. On July 2015, I joined at James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University as research associate. I was involved with designing a health communication commodity jointly with BRAC Health, Nutrition and Population Programme. Then I completed my MPH from James P Grant School of Public Health, BRAC University on January 2017. I was awarded with International Post Graduate Training Scheme supported by WHO-TDR to pursue the MPH. After I worked at BRAC James P Grant School of Public Health as a senior research associate. Currently I am pursuing PhD in Epidemiology at University of South Carolina, USA. My field of interest is epidemiology of non communicable diseases. I have published extensively in the Lancet, BMJ Open, Plos One, Biomed Central and Elsevier Journals.
