I have leadership skills and experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in biobank management and their integration into biomedical and clinical research projects. As a pharmacist specialized in biobanking, I have participated in projects involving the collection, storage, and ethical use of biological samples, supporting basic, translational, clinical, and epidemiological research. I am a member of the CIDEIM Research Ethics Committee, actively involved in protocol evaluations to ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Additionally, I serve as the back-up pharmacist, with solid knowledge of legal and quality standards for pharmaceutical services in clinical research.

I have experience implementing biobank services while ensuring compliance with regulations such as Good Clinical Practices (GCP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and biobank-specific standards. I have contributed to project execution, including staff coordination and budget management. My work spans areas such as cutaneous leishmaniasis, yellow fever, dengue, tuberculosis, and syphilis, addressing challenges in both ideal conditions and resource-limited settings.

My focus is on fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and maximizing the impact of biological collections to advance scientific knowledge in infectious and chronic diseases.
