Dr. Gebeyehu Alkadir
I am senour and young researcher of Veterinary Parasitology and Poultry Health Medicine specialist College of Veterinary Medicine and Agrciculture Addis Ababa University of Bishoftu Campus in Ethiopia.
A Msc holder in Veterinary Parasitology and Postgraduate Dipploma in Poultry Medicine in Ethiopia. I have eight (8) years of teaching and research experience at the Department of Veterinary Parasitology and Pathology, Addis Ababa University of Bishoftu Campus in Ethiopia.

I have conducted experimental research on commercial drugs for resistance development, epidemiological surveys on intestinal protozoa and gastrointestinal parasites ,including schistosomiasis, soil-transmitted helminthiasis, onchocerciasis and loiasis. I have also carried out a number of researches on medicinal plants . The results of all the studies have been published in peer-reviewed journals. My current interest is in the molecular, bioinformatics and genomic study of Plasmodium, Schistosoma and soil-transmitted helminthes, and collaborators would be most appreciated. I am also interested in the diagnosis and control of Neglected Tropical Diseases those have showing vital impact on socio economic lively hood of peoples in rural areas of the country. And I will happy to work with pottencial collaborators on those have also one health approach.
