BIO
My research is grounded in implementation research, which underpins all areas of my work. I focus on psychosocial risk and protective factors associated with mental health and psychological wellbeing, particularly among adolescents. I also examine health behaviours such as physical activity and dietary habits, alongside risk behaviours including substance use, gambling, violence, and delinquency. Central to my approach is the co creation of interventions. This means strategies are developed collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to enhance relevance and uptake. In addition, I have a strong interest in psychometrics, including the development and validation of measurement instruments, and in the application of statistical procedures to social and health data analysis within implementation research contexts.
