BIO

My research interests are oriented towards understanding the determinants of the response to diagnosis and treatment for Neglected Tropical Diseases. I am currently working on a project to evaluate the barriers and facilitators to the diagnosis of tuberculosis in the first level of care in Peru.
In 2019, I was awarded a TDR Epidemiology Master's Scholarship, to receive implementation research training focused on diseases of poverty.
