Since 1994 I have worked professionally in different areas related to social and community psychology in governmental and non-governmental institutions.

I have worked with different population groups in social and community settings, which has allowed me to carry out diagnostic readings and generate intervention and research projects related to the personal, familiar and social reality of our country.

The work with community leaders and groups of young addicts, offenders and assassins, as well as organized groups of women has motivated in me the interest for social research and for the accompaniment and consulting to different work strategies at urban, rural and ethnic level. .

My skills for diagnosis, project formulation, the design of socio-educational intervention processes and social research have allowed me to work in the training of professionals in education and social sciences in public and private universities for more than 16 years, besides leading research with a component of Social Innovation.

On the other hand my concern and interest about the different forms of learning have led me to train myself nationally and internationally as an Experiential Educator, a methodology that today constitutes one of my main potentials for working with groups and communities.
