Aditia has extensive knowledge and experience related to universal health coverage, health system strengthening, and strategic purchasing. Previously, he acted as a member of the taskforce team in TB financing innovation in Indonesia under USAID Health Financing Activities (HFA). He was directly involved in the public-private partnerships strengthening to expand quality services, developing information systems for health financing, as well as planning and cost projections in financing innovation activities at the primary care level. Aditia led the preparation of a novel health financing business process including recruiting and providing trainings to the claim verification team. Previously, he had provided technical assistance as the health financing advisor in the USAID Tuberculosis Private Sectors (TBPS) and successfully implemented the modification of contractual process between the National Health Insurance Agency and health facilities to improve Tuberculosis service access. The results were disseminated at the 2023 Union World Conference of Lung Health in Paris. Aditia is a medical doctor with advanced education in the field of health policy. He has also provided technical assistance to the Health Development Policy Agency (BKPK) of the Ministry of Health Indonesia in improving the effectiveness of the health policy-making process. Aditia is currently involved in several global health learning initiative platforms such as the Joint Learning Network (JLN) and the Health Policy and System Research Institutions (HPSRI) where Indonesia is a member. He is currently a member of TDR Global for Research and Training in Tropical Diseases with previous professional affiliations including member of the International Health Economic Association (IHEA) and Patient Classification System International (PCSI). Aditia carries out community service activities by writing op-ed columns in national media, being a resource person at health policy centers, and being involved in teaching practitioner activities.
