    Programme management experience in health programme planning, implementation and evaluation. Demonstrated ability to work responsibly as a leader and as part of a team, to generate new ideas/strategies, to obtain support for implementation, consensus-building and to work to tight timelines. Good communicator with well-trained oral presentation and writing skills. Good interpersonal skills with wide experience in intercultural teams.
    Teaching experience as a director and lecturer at Master’s Degree courses.

    Currently Director of the Teaching Unit at the Institute of Public Health (formerly Department of Tropical Medicine) at the University of Heidelberg, Germany
